Registration Notes

Special Rates for Turkish Authors and Delegates who currently work or study at the Turkish Institutations and Organizations.

Rates include: attendance to all sessions and conferences, Proceedings (Soft Copy), conference materials, Coffee Breaks and Daily Lunch.

Please note that if you do not attend the conference for any reason, the Soft Copy of the Conference Proceedings will be sent to your mail address upon request.

The student rates apply to full time students only (Declaration of University stating full time status must be sent by email with the registration form – otherwise it won’t be considered).

Also the students will compete on the Best Student Paper. The Winner will receive $100 and Winning Certificate.

Author presenting more than one paper – 350$ per extra paper. 

The following rates apply to the number of pages of final submissions:
